About

The first close encounter with bees begins by collecting honey from the wild swarms hidden among the rock cavities in the middle of the woods. The desire to stay in contact with nature as much as possible, combined with the curiosity to know the microcosm of these little creatures, leads us to make beekeeping our job. We conduct the hives in the Sardinian countryside of Gallura, immersed in Mediterranean scrub, woods and granite.

Concept

We carefully search for areas that can offer the bees the best environmental conditions, with the aim of being able to collect honey with excellent qualities. The flowers and fragrant shrubs of these places, still uncontaminated, give the honey unique flavors that reflect the character of the territory. With the same dedication that we give to our bees, we dedicate constant care to our customers so that a long-lasting relationship of trust is established between us.

Products

We offer a variety of light millefiori with a delicate flavor that is well suited to being used as a sweetener for herbal teas and drinks. For those looking for intense aromas and stronger flavours, we recommend a darker colored millefiori. With good climatic conditions in late autumn, nature sometimes gives us the opportunity to collect the precious bitter strawberry tree honey. Finally, from an ancient recipe handed down, a typical Sardinian product is born, abbamele, a decoction of honey and pollen flavored with orange peel, ideal for garnishing ricotta and ice cream.
